Coverage Map simplifies the process of comparing network coverage through its user-friendly features:

• Coverage Search: Utilize the newly introduced Coverage Search tool to identify the optimal carrier in your region. Features of this tool include searching by state, county, city, or ZIP code, instantly accessing carrier rankings, comparing coverage quality across providers, viewing real user median download and upload speeds, and accessing recommendations for cost-effective cell phone plans.
• Speed Map: This feature provides a comprehensive overview of data speeds for each carrier. Users can analyze which carrier delivers the fastest speeds in their locality by tapping on specific hexagons for detailed information on download speeds, upload speeds, and latency. Advanced filters allow for precise speed comparisons based on carrier, LTE/5G compatibility, download and upload speeds, and personalized speed tests.
• Signal Strength Map: The Signal Strength Map displays coverage quality classifications of each carrier—great, good, or poor—based on FCC data.
• Carrier Coverage Map: Compare network coverage among different carriers using FCC-provided data through this feature.
• Manage and View Your Speed Tests: The Speed Test tab offers a streamlined interface to organize and review all speed tests performed on various devices and testing apps. Users can sort tests by LTE/5G support or download/upload speeds and access detailed information by clicking on individual speed tests.
• Leaderboard: Users are encouraged to contribute speed tests through this feature and earn points. Compete with friends or participate in national or state-level competitions with new leaderboard winners announced monthly.
